变量有几十个，均为0-1变量，模型处理的是作业分配问题
  I- f) S! w) b! ^0 a约束条件已经检查过，没有冲突，只是有一个条件较为苛刻，但是必须，添加该条件后就会出现该提示。
请问如何将运行上限500次提高？最高能提高到多少？
