4 Y, E" M4 g# b+ h3 OIf the agents use the same skill over and over again, their expertise will improve, but their motivation may decrease (Hackman & Oldham 1980; see also Hackman & Morris 1975). This may affect the performance in a number of ways. First, an increase in expertise will lead to an increase in performance. Second, the decrease in motivation may lead to a decrease in performance. Third, the decrease in motivation may lead to re-allocation of the task, i.e. task rotation.

呵呵,总体不错,但有些 专业词汇翻译有待改进,如Agent不用翻译、performance为“绩效”,skill为“技能”,expertise为“专业技能”。9 J# G# g1 m- s: }' Z6 n$ L0 v* ~! n

: y" _% Q7 k# ^, K) @# ]请参照“翻译标准”和“翻译参考” 。
