哪位老师可以帮我建一个简单的simul8 model（排队问题)

一个actual cafe shop....
有3个stuff 轮流 帮助客人点单 和收钱。。。但是只有2个收银台，
inter-arrival time 是指 the time between 2 customers standing in the queue
service time 是指 customer standing in front of cashier register.
员工可以在客人排队的时候帮助客人点单，然后准备食物，最后 到cashier register collect money...（员工帮客人点单的时间不包含在service time里）
inter-arrival time is exponential distribution with mean 59.667
service time is Gamma distribution with alpha 2.822   ,beta 29.49
collection period 3677 sec , which has warm up period inclu


write up the system showing how you handled the data collection, formulation of the model, verifiction and validation if needed. analysis the results.
